Pinot Noir
One of the most well-known grapes, used to produce lighter-toned red wines than traditional varieties, with a light body and a fruity, smooth, and fresh flavor. Its main aromas are reminiscent of red fruits (cherries or raspberries), spices (clove or vanilla), and mushrooms. Its production is highly complex, which is why it is highly valued by connoisseurs. It comes from the Burgundy region of France.
