4. Product Availability:

We strive to keep our inventory up to date. However, the availability of some products may vary. If a product is unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a full refund.

5. Prices and Charges:

Product prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include the Puerto Rico Sales and Use Tax (SUT). Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

7. Shipping and Pickup:

• Home Delivery: We offer local deliveries in the metropolitan area, surrounding areas, and island-wide. The shipping cost is fixed. Delivery times may vary depending on the geographic area.
• In-Store Pickup: You have the option to pick up your order directly at our store. Once processed and prepared, you will receive a notification confirming that your order is ready for pickup. We remind you that it is necessary to present proof of purchase and official identification at the time of pickup.

8. Age Verification:

Upon delivery or pickup of orders containing alcoholic beverages, a government-issued photo ID will be required to verify age. Alcoholic beverages will not be delivered to anyone under the age of 18.

9. Return Policy:

All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted for damaged or defective products, such as:

• Displaced cork
• Leaking through the cork or glass
• Label in poor condition, torn, or severely stained
