DOMAINE DES COLTABARDS SANCERRE 750ML

Domaine des Coltabards is located in the municipality of Ménétréol, a plateau between Sancerre and the Loire. The grapes are hand-harvested, carefully selected, and then crushed. Cold settling is followed by fermentation at low temperatures in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on the lees until bottling to preserve its freshness and is filtered once before bottling. Pale golden in color with greenish highlights, beautifully clean and bright. Powerful nose with floral (white flowers) and fruity (grapefruit, orange) aromas. Lovely balance with texture and remarkable persistence.
