Aged in new French oak barrels (100%) for 16 months, then rested in the bottle until reaching the perfect state for consumption. Latarce Selección is a wine of great color intensity, a deep garnet. On the nose, it may recall aromas of ripe black fruits, licorice, a very subtle toastiness, elegant and with great complexity. On the palate, it offers great structure, good tannin presence, full-bodied, powerful, and persistent. Echoes of the olfactory retronasal phase.
