DEHESA CHARDONNAY 750ML

It displays a very intense greenish-yellow color that draws attention. A clean and bright wine, with prominent aromas of white fruit complemented by notes of honey and pastry. On the palate, it is smooth and flavorful, yet always fresh, light, pleasant, and with a long aftertaste. It is the result of a meticulous process: harvested in September after full ripening, fermented in new French oak barrels at controlled temperature, and aged for about three months with bâtonnage on fine lees in barrels of the same type. The wine then remains in bottle for at least six months.
