Sauvignon Blanc

It is a greenish-skinned grape native to the Loire Valley, France, although its quality stands out in Chile and New Zealand. It took its name from the French words sauvage ("wild") and blanc ("white"). This grape is planted in many countries around the world, producing a refreshing and dry white wine. Depending on the climate, the aromas can range from very herbaceous to sweetly tropical, although all of them are very aromatic, with high and pleasant acidity and aromas of herbs and citrus.
