Verdejo

It is grown in Castilla León (Spain), almost exclusively in the Rueda D.O., to produce young white wines with eloquent acidity and fruity and bitter notes. Its aromas are herbaceous and fruity, particularly those of lime, grapefruit, fennel, and peach.
