Nebbiolo

A grape from Piedmont (Italy), where the Barolo region is prominent, although it can also be found in the New World, especially in Mexico. Its wines are characterized by high tannins and high acidity. Its main aromas are reminiscent of cherries, roses, leather, anise, and clay. In the Italian version, the aromas are more subtle, and the wine has a medium-low body and medium-low color depth. Meanwhile, in the New World, wines are generally medium-high in depth and have a fuller body, with more powerful aromatic intensity and hints of vanilla and ripe fruit.
