Nebbiolo

Grape from Piedmont (Italy), where the Barolo region stands out, although it can also be found in the New World, especially in Mexico. Its wines are characterized by having high tannins and high acidity. Its main aromas are reminiscent of cherries, roses, leather, anise or clay. In the Italian version the aromas are more subtle and the wine has a medium-low body and a medium-low color layer. For its part, in the New World the wines are generally of medium-high layer and have a greater body, with a more powerful aromatic intensity and more vanilla and ripe fruit touches. • Pinot Noir. One of the best-known grapes, with which red wines are produced that are lighter in tone than traditional ones, with a light body and fruity, soft and fresh flavor. Its main aromas are reminiscent of red fruits (cherries or raspberries), spices (clove or vanilla) and mushrooms. Its production represents a high degree of difficulty, which is why it is highly valued by connoisseurs. It comes from the French region of Burgundy.
